We focus on the financing of projects and assets in the (sustainable) energy sector.

• We assess financial feasibility;
• develop a financing structure on the basis of which the project can be financed at the best competitive terms possible;
• we approach investors and banks to finance the project;
• we have access to all parties to execute the transaction; and
• we subsequently co-ordinate the full implementation of the transaction.

We feel at home in a transaction-oriented professional environment. The management of complex regulations, tax incentives, subsidies and financial reporting is a continuous challenge for us that in the past has resulted in a series of original solutions and financing structures.

We have a large network of tax advisors, accountants, lawyers and other experts, who we can use in the development of the financing structure and the implementation thereof.

Our people have also been involved in various leases relating to electricity networks, incineration plants and waste treatment plants.
