Marcel Vermolen (Partner)

Marcel Vermolen (1959) studied civil and fiscal law at the University of Amsterdam. Marcel started his career in 1983 as a lawyer and solicitor at Holla en Van Doorn and, following his training period, transferred to the tax consultancy practice of Ernst & Young.

Marcel continued his fiscal career from 1991 in various fiscal posts at the ING Group, including Global Head of Tax at ING Barings (1997 - 2002 in London), then the Investment Bank of ING. Throughout his career, Marcel has advised on many transactions. From 2002 to 2006 Marcel continued his career as Global Head of Wealth Management Services at ING Private Banking.

Before founding Bright Capital Partners, he spent over a year with Energy Investments Holding, where he supported several projects in the field of sustainable energy.
